Payment & Exchange or Refund

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase/s made please contact us.

If you have decided upon receiving your catnap products they are not suitable or you have simply changed your mind, an exchange or refund can be organized subject to the following conditions:

* The item/s must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

* If you post the item/s back to Catnap designs it is at your own expense – contact us and we will issue you with a postal address for the item/s to be returned.

* Refunds can only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account to which the purchase was originally made, if your order was a Local Pick-up option, please contact us to arrange a time for you to return the goods and receive the refund as per the method that was made at the time of purchase.

* If the preferred method of payment is Direct Debit, your purchase will be dispatched once the funds have been successfully transferred into our bank account.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We carefully check the items during manufacturing & on completion to packaging each item, but given our busy lifestyle sometimes the smallest error does occur and sometimes things are ‘missed’..

Apologies if this occurs with any purchase that you make here at Catnap designs..

We will be happy to offer a replacement with the same item or another item up to the same value or a refund can be organized.

If the fault or damage to goods is a fault on our part we will take care of the postage costs to have the goods sent back to us.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will organize this together.

Shipping

The delivery times listed for the destinations within Australia on the Delivery page of this website are an estimate only.

Given the nature of unexpected events which may occur from the time the parcel leaves Catnap designs and reaches your doorstep, the delivery of parcels may be longer for reasons beyond our control.

(weather, broken down vehicle, public holidays, just to give a few examples)

Care of Products

It is recommended that the washing instructions be followed to ensure longer life of products.

100% cotton fabrics are mainly used for the Catnap products so given it is a natural fibre there may be a slight shrinkage that may occur over time..

Personal details provided such as your name, address, email address and gift recipient information are only collected for the purpose of processing and dispatching your order.

We will never sell or disclose any of this information to other businesses or third parties, except as required by law.
