* How do I contact you to ask specific information about products?

* Can I place an order for a specific size in a tablecloth?

Yes just email me your name & contact number together with the measurements for the tablecloth you require & fabric selection. I will then contact you with the availability & discuss with you further.

* Can I cancel or change order once it is confirmed?

Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. An order can only be changed or cancelled if the purchase has not been posted. Please contact us to discuss your order.

* Can I exchange or return products if not suitable?

Yes. You can exchange or return items within 14 working days from date of purchase. You must arrange for your own method of postage for goods to be returned. Contact us to make arrangements.

*The item I would like to buy is out of stock. Is it likely to be back in stock in the future?

If an item is out of stock it means the fabric is no longer available to make the products.

DELIVERY

* Can I place an order to be delivered outside Australia?

No. We only provide delivery for purchases made in Australia

* Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Yes. We use Australia Post to deliver all purchases( and not couriers). We are able to arrange delivery to a PO Box address.

* Can I do ‘pick-up’ instead of having my purchase delivered?

Yes. We can arrange parcel pick-up if local in Brisbane. Email Caterina to arrange a time to suit.

GIFT GIVING

* Can I purchase products for a gift and have them delivered to another address?

Yes you can make your purchases as ‘gifts’ and then we can arrange for them to be delivered to another postal address.

* Can I include a gift card and a personalised note with the gift ordered?

Yes. Small gifts cards can be included free of charge. Contact us to arrange this.

PAYMENT

* What forms of payment are accepted by catnap designs?

We accept PayPal as a safe and secure payment option. Also, COD(cash on delivery) if the purchase is going to be picked up.
