Returns
* If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, whether you have decided the selection is not suitable or you have simply changed your mind,
you have 14 days from date of purchase to contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.
* If you post the items back to Catnap designs it is at your own expense.
* A refund will be processed once the goods have been received by Catnap designs and only a refund will be given for the product price only not the postage cost.
* Refunds can only be issued to the credit or PayPal account that was originally charged, unless it was a local pick-up and COD was the method of payment.
* The item/s must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
