Catnap Designs use Australia Post Regular Parcel Post service to deliver all purchases to you, our customer, as the preferred standard delivery method.
We only ship within Australia.
Orders will be dispatched between 1-3 business days.
We try to do our best to despatch your order by the next business day. However, as we are a local business usually producing our products made to order, we will inform you of any delay in shipping your purchase.
Delivery to a particular postcode will determine time frame in which you will receive your order.
Also if the preferred method of payment is Direct Debit, then your purchase will be dispatched once the funds have been successfully transferred into our bank account.
Within Queensland*:
| Within metropolitan areas of capital cities or within the same city or town | up to 2 working days |
| Between a metropolitan area of a capital city and a country location | up to 4 working days |
| Between country locations | up to 6 working days |
Other states*:
| Brisbane – Sydney | up to 2 – 3 working days |
| Brisbane – Melbourne | up to 3 – 4 working days |
| Between other capital cities | up to 6 – 7 working days |
| To other interstate locations | up to 6 – 10 working days |

Delivery is $10.00* per order.
*Standard Parcel delivery up to 1kg – if parcel is of a heavier weight – delivery charge will have to be reviewed.
Local Pick-Up is an option
DELIVERY
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, an email will be sent to you confirming this including a tracking number for your parcel.
You can then check the status of your order at any time by simply entering your tracking number in Australia Post’s website. www.auspost.com.au
For the delivery of your purchase please ensure you enter the most convenient address for it to be delivered to during working hours.
If no-one is at the address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel is to be collected from the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Please make sure the correct details are entered for the delivery address. If a parcel is returned to Catnap Designs due to incorrect details a resending fee will be charged prior to it being re-despatched.
